If that didnt help,concentrate on breathing, maybe try a call, and talk to someone thats living, maybe, if you cant even- feel emotions ,or feel lost and sad,and are alone now, dont give it up...time goes by moment -by- moment.
If your alone in the dark, and there is nothing left to see, and you think,- you cant stand it -one -more- single - moment, -read what i say,
Build yourself a little clock, and look at it in your head,- then take it your hand , and place it anywhere around you, and tell it to say there, look away and look back,if its still there,we have a sucess, at least there is something, now do what is say -tell it -to start moving,
and watch the time go by,
and when the pain comes back,look at it and check how far it went,
now be proud of yourself
you survived at least that time-----for now,lets go ahead.
So ask yourself ,-was that so hard?-, or a sucess ?-
check again -how far the clock went,
and tell yourself -brain save that,- then -grab the clock, -and reset it back to start , -restart it,- here we go again.
give it another try,if you need it -do you feel better, or still so sad?

tell the clock -keep moving, and concentrate on something else, look away and back, is it moving ?, you may need it later,
if it worked, thats great !
now make yourself a picture,or whatever you would like to have noiw-
take it and place it

in front of you,
or anywere it feels right to be,

think of it and grab it,
and put it where it should be,
you got the concept? tell it what it should do -and try to enjoy it, and if it helped you, keep on painting the dark with everything you need, just tell it what it should do and let it happen,
